Britain is set to emerge unhealthier from lockdown with four out of five people (81%) reporting increase in harmful habits.
This is a result of the sudden disruption of our way of life, our normal life cues we are usually exposed to have been suspended which has triggered habit change. Additionally we have faced a period of anxiety which has led to ‘soothing’ behaviour, this very often presents itself as unhealthy habits such as over eating, excessive alcohol consumption, OCD and much more.
